Position SummarySketchy is seeking a Part-Time MD/DO Specialist to play a key role in driving the adoption of DDx and Sketchy within medical school programs. Reporting to the CEO, this position combines clinical expertise with relationship-building to engage academic institutions and promote the value of Sketchy’s innovative educational tools. The primary focus will be on advancing the adoption of DDx while also highlighting how Sketchy supports medical education more broadly.This is a remote, part-time position with flexible scheduling and eligibility for candidates in the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, and Washington. As an hourly, part-time position, this role requires the individual to work at least 15-20 hours per week.ResponsibilitiesPromote DDx as a Core Offering: Act as a primary advocate for DDx, emphasizing its unique value in teaching diagnostic reasoning and clinical decision-making to medical school programs.Build Awareness for Both DDx and Sketchy: Collaborate with medical schools to demonstrate how both platforms enhance educational outcomes, ensuring programs understand their complementary benefits.Deliver Engaging Demonstrations: Conduct impactful product demos and presentations tailored to the needs of medical school faculty and students, highlighting DDx’s role in developing diagnostic confidence.Establish and Nurture Relationships: Build strong connections with medical educators, administrators, and decision-makers, positioning Sketchy and DDx as indispensable tools in their curriculum.Represent at Events: Attend conferences, academic meetings, and other events to promote both products, engage with key stakeholders, and strengthen Sketchy’s presence in the medical education community.Gather Insights for Improvement: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, providing valuable feedback to help refine and enhance DDx and Sketchy based on user needs.Support Client Success: Develop long-term relationships with academic partners to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of DDx and Sketchy while fostering ongoing collaboration.Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to align efforts and optimize strategies for promoting both products.What We’re Looking ForMD or DO degree requiredClinical experience and/or background in medical education preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster meaningful relationshipsAbility to travel up to 3-4 times per quarter for conferences, educational events, and meetingsPassion for education and a desire to make a meaningful difference in how future clinicians are trainedSales, marketing, or customer success experience preferred, but not requiredWho You Will Work Closely WithGirish Krishnaswamy, Chief Executive OfficerTaryn Bennett, Institutional Customer Success ManagerCompensation$75 - $100/hour plus commissionSketchy Group LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
