Salary Range is based on Experience and Education levels. • ** Preferred remote locations; Phoenix, AZ; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Las Vegas, NV; Denver, CO, and Salt Lake City, UT *** A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Clinical Trial Liaison The Clinical Trial Liaison (CTL) is a field-based role responsible for supporting clinical trial engagements across the United States. This role focuses on pre-study activities such as feasibility assessments, site identification and selection, and developing investigator engagement plans. The CTL will also provide ongoing study support by engaging with investigators and site staff to address enrollment barriers, implement site operational strategies, and drive site performance. In addition, the CTL will build strong professional partnerships, respond to site inquiries in a timely and compliant manner, and educate investigators and healthcare professionals on trial protocols to enhance understanding and support recruitment and activation timelines. REQUIREMENTS • Advanced degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, NP, PA-C) required. • Minimum of 3 years CTL experience and/or minimum of 5 years clinical trial research experience within an academic, healthcare system, or industry setting. • Strong experience with clinical research and study site logistics. • Proficiency in developing and maintaining medical scientific expertise. • Established track record of effective and influential oral presentations within the healthcare profession. • Please see the full success profile at the end of the job ad. TRAVEL/WORK ENVIRONMENT • Domestic travel within the assigned region is required for up to70% of the time to sites within assigned territory and/or relevant conferences and meetings. Overnight travel is required as needed. • Availability to attend meetings on holidays and weekends. SCHEDULE • Monday - Friday, working remotely from home for travel-based position.
