Clinical Psychologist- Virtual Psychological Assessments for Military Personnel

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team and conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for veterans virtually.
Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Clinical Psychologist to perform psychological assessments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and providing recommendations based on their assessments. This is a virtual position; however, candidates must hold a valid Texas license (PSYPACT a Plus).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments virtually, including clinical interviews, psychometric testing, and behavioral observations.
Analyze and interpret assessment results to diagnose mental health conditions and develop appropriate treatment recommendations.
Prepare detailed psychological reports summarizing assessment findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with other mental health professionals and provide consultation as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
Valid license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Texas.
Minimum of 6 months of experience conducting psychological assessments, with a preference for experience working with veterans.
Proficiency in administering and interpreting a variety of psychological tests and assessment tools.
Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a virtual environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with telehealth or virtual assessment platforms.
Specialized training or experience in working with veteran populations and understanding their unique psychological needs.
Knowledge of veteran-specific mental health issues such as PTSD, TBI, and combat-related stress.
