At Emora Health, we’re on a mission to transform youth behavioral health care for the millions of kids, teens, and young adults in need. Our platform serves as a single-stop for industry-leading pediatric behavioral health care by matching specialist clinicians to individuals seeking evidence-based therapy, psychological evaluations, thoughtful psychiatric care, and a deep commitment to collaboration to help children and teens thrive.

We’re building a world-class team that believes every child deserves the chance to feel understood, supported, and mentally strong. Join us in shaping the future of youth mental health.

The Role

We’re looking for a compassionate, experienced, and collaborative Psychiatrist to join our team in a part-time, 1099 capacity. In addition to providing industry-leading care for families, this is a chance to help shape a cutting-edge, integrated psychiatry program designed for kids and teens across the country.

• Case Escalation: Provide direct consultation on complex or high-risk cases, ensuring families receive appropriate, timely care.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Emora’s therapy and care coordination teams to ensure holistic, integrated support for every child.
• Standards of Care: Help develop and uphold best-in-class protocols and care pathways that drive consistent, high-quality outcomes.
• Thought Leadership: Contribute to internal training and ongoing quality improvement efforts to grow an industry-leading youth psychiatry program.

Requirements
• MD or DO with board certification in Psychiatry (Child & Adolescent preferred)
• Licensed (or ability to be licensed) in Florida and/or Texas (additional states a plus)
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, ideally with children and adolescents
• Experience collaborating with or supervising NPs
• Passion for improving youth mental health access through virtual care
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, growing environment

Nice-to-have
• Multi-state licensure (or interest in expanding)
• Experience in tele-psychiatry or digital health
• Background in trauma-informed or family-centered care
• Enthusiasm for shaping clinical programs and operational workflows

Why Emora Health
• Mission-Driven Work: Be part of a growing movement to reimagine how mental health care is delivered to children and families.
• Flexibility: Work 5–20 hours/week from anywhere in the U.S.
• Impact: Influence the care journey for thousands of kids across the country.
• Collaborative Culture: Join a team of passionate clinicians who believe in integrated, compassionate, whole-child care.
