Clinical Pharmacist Consultant
Job Description:
• Providing expert clinical support and guidance to healthcare professionals using Micromedex solutions.
• Serving as a strategic clinical advisor across pre-sale and post-sale engagements.
• Partnering with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Editorial teams.
• Influencing buying decisions and driving customer adoption.
• Delivering clinical demonstrations for customers and providing expert clinical guidance.
Requirements:
• Board certification in a pharmacy specialty (e.g., BCPS, BCACP) or PGY2 in Informatics or Management / Administration.
• Experience in health IT, clinical decision support, informatics, or industry roles
• Experience supporting enterprise healthcare organizations or complex sales cycles.
• Professional doctorate degree (PharmD)
• Post-graduate residency training (PGY1)
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical pharmacy practice experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy.
