Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist Advisor – Medicare Part D (Remote, Safety Sensitive) Start Date: December 8, 2025 Offer Deadline: November 10, 2025 Clearance Deadline: November 28, 2025 Location: Fully Remote (USA – must be licensed in state of residence) Rate: $53/hr. Position Overview We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Advisor – Medicare Part D to join a high-performing team supporting Medicare Part D members and providers. This fully remote, safety-sensitive role involves accurate case setup, clinical review of pharmacy benefits, documentation, provider outreach, and adherence to CMS guidelines. Key Responsibilities • Support Medicare Part D members and providers with pharmacy benefit inquiries. • Set up and review clinical information to determine appropriate decisions based on Medicare guidelines. • Contact providers for additional information as needed to support case resolution. • Ensure accuracy and compliance with compendia, CMS timelines, and internal standards. • Maintain clear documentation and follow all required processes and quality measures. • Navigate multiple systems using dual monitors efficiently in a high-volume environment. • Collaborate with supervisors and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD (Required). • License: Active, unrestricted Registered Pharmacist license in state of residence. • (Must provide screenshot showing license status, name, state, and expiration date). • Experience: • Experience in Managed Care or PBM environment preferred. • Proven data entry and multitasking experience in high-productivity environments. • Tech Skills: • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Familiarity with Access, PowerPoint, and Visio is preferred. • Ability to use multiple applications and dual-screen setups.Shift and Schedule • Training: • Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST for the first 8–10 weeks. • (No time off during training; attendance is mandatory). • Post-training Shifts: 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST, including one weekend day or weekend rotation.Business hours: • Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST • Saturday–Sunday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM ESTInterview Process • Virtual interviews via Microsoft Teams with the supervisor. Remote Work Requirements Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered: • Dedicated, quiet workspace free from interruptions. • Wired internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload. • (Include screenshot of speed test from www.speedtest.net on resume.) • Ability to focus for entire shift and maintain high productivity. • Proven experience using dual monitors and navigating multiple systems.
