Clinical Operations Specialist, Learning & Development ‍⚕️ Overview:Midi is currently seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist to support the Learning and Development division within Clinical Operations. This dynamic role will provide support, operational assistance, and special project support for the Learning and Development function. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Learning & Development and will collaborate closely with the following clinical functions: learning and development, people team, practice administration, quality, and compliance. The Learning and Development Specialist will support efficient training operations through clear communication, process coordination, and accurate data tracking. This includes maintaining documentation for compliance and assisting with special projects as needed.The Clinical Operations team is looking for a team member comfortable in a rapidly growing and changing environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and can anticipate needs by understanding the preferences and needs of each team or committee. S/he will support process improvement as the company scales and will take pride in balancing competing needs and priorities while also moving tasks forward with exquisite attention to detail.Business Impact: Not Just Surviving, But Thriving Lead end-to-end learning and development projects supporting Clinical and Clinical Operations teams, from planning and content coordination to implementation and evaluation.Support administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, learner tracking, and reporting.Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions, preparing materials, tracking attendance, and maintaining accurate training records.Edit and format training videos to align with learning objectives and brand standards, ensuring clarity, engagement, and accessibility for diverse learners. Coordinate and monitor learning and development project timelines and activities while effectively communicating and updating cross-functional stakeholders. Prepare and execute communications for the learning and development team as needed.Balance the priorities across teams with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and execute Coordinate collaborative efforts between the learning and development teams and the clinical leadership as needed.Coordinate any virtual or in-person meetings or events.What You Will Need to Succeed: Bachelor’s degree.3 or more years of work experience in a dynamic environment.Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting cross-functional learning projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and using data and feedback to inform next steps.Self-motivated and highly reliable, with excellent time management and project management skills.Strong organization skills with excellent attention to detailExceptional written and verbal communication skills.Experience working in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.Ability to learn new systems and programs quicklyDemonstrated commitment to a diverse and inclusive work environment.Proficient in G-Suite, Notion, and SlackHigh EQ (Emotional Intelligence)What Midi Offers ✨Annual compensation of $70,000-80,000, dependent on experience Generous equity grants401(k) planMedical, vision dental coverageGenerous vacation and sick days policyLaptop and home office stipendWhile you are waiting for us to review your resume here is some fun content to check out Our patients love us- check out some content here and here ♥️Please note that all official communication from Midi Health will come from an @joinmidi.com email address.
