Administrative and Clinical Support
Ā The successful candidates will coordinate referral appointments, ensuring timely patient care delivery.
Ā Establish effective relationships with insurance companies and healthcare providers to exchange vital patient information.
Ā Process and manage authorizations (paper and electronic) with efficiency.
Ā Accurately maintain and update patient records.
Ā Offer administrative support to facilitate smooth clinic operations.
Ā Experience in medical assisting or a related field is advantageous.
Ā Excellent communication and organizational skills are required for success.
Medical Documentation and Scribing
Ā Efficiently transcribe medical reports into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Ā Identify and correct transcription errors, ensuring data accuracy.
Ā Update patient information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) with precision.
Ā Reliably send prescriptions as directed by physicians.
Ā Experience in medical scribing or a related field is beneficial.
Ā Strong typing and documentation skills are necessary.
Ā A competitive hourly rate ($17-$24 per hour).
