Work Schedule - Full-time, 12-hour Days/Weekends Rotate (.90) Job Summary and Qualifications What You Will Do In Your Role: • You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care. • You will collaborate with subject matter experts and other leaders to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service. • You will function as a resource person for staff members. Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement. • You will assist with staff scheduling. Manage all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines. What qualifications you will need: • Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg clinical experience as a licensed RN in acute care is required. • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing is required. BSN is preferred. • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date). • Current BLS and ACLS Certification are required.
