About the Opportunity Aspen Medical is seeking to connect with experienced clinical leaders to join our talent pipeline for future opportunities across our Australian and international operations. This is not a current vacancy, but an opportunity to express your interest in future roles across: Medical Officer (MO) and Senior Medical Officer (SMO) positions Clinical Governance and Medical Leadership roles Digital Health and Virtual Care leadership positions Program and Operational Clinical Leadership roles These positions may arise across a variety of service delivery models including primary care, remote health, virtual health, and large-scale healthcare programs. Key Responsibilities (Indicative) Provide clinical leadership and oversight to multidisciplinary teams Support and uphold clinical governance frameworks and patient safety standards Contribute to service design, quality improvement, and clinical risk management Lead, mentor and support clinical staff across diverse environments Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality healthcare outcomes Support innovation in digital health and virtual care delivery (where applicable) About You We are interested in hearing from professionals who bring: Medical qualifications with current registration (e.g. AHPRA or equivalent) Experience in senior clinical or leadership roles (MO/SMO or equivalent) Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality and safety frameworks Experience working in complex, remote, or resource-constrained environments (desirable) Exposure to digital health, telehealth, or virtual care models (highly regarded) Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership capability Why Join Aspen Medical?
