ResponsibilitiesThis is a in person position based in San Antonio, TXWhat you will actually be doing:
Prepares relevant departmental reports and data analysis.
Analyze clinical site data and prepare presentations for University Partners.
Data management within Clinical Education Management Systems.
Provide systems support to teammates and external stakeholders.
Assists Clinical Education Operations Manager with all Clinical Education project needs.
Confirmation of clinical education sites and specialty settings after procurement of contracts across all healthcare education disciplines.
Build and maintain positive relationships with teammates and external stakeholders using effective in person and virtual, email and phone communication.
Assists Director of Clinical Operations and management team in identifying areas of improvement and project needs across clinical education team.
Ensures compliance training in FERPA, HIPPA, UP specific trainings, and any other relevant trainings are up to date.
Assists in identifying and correcting data entry errors using appropriate quality control measures set by Director/Managers.
Track pertinent data utilizing departmental systems for internal and external stakeholders
Maintains University Partner and Clinical Education departmental contact lists.
Collaboration with Director of Clinical Operations and Clinical Education Managers as needed.
Assist Clinical Education Managers with managing Clinical Education Systems playbooks, processes, and workflows.
Prepare agendas and record meeting minutes.
Other duties as assigned
QualificationsKey QualificationsEducation:College Degree or 3-5 years of relevant experienceRequired:
Must be action and goal oriented
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Must be agile and have an ability to learn on the fly
Ability to thrive in a diversified working environment and deal with ambiguity
Must possess strong interpersonal savvy
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clinical education team
Must be extremely well organized and detail-oriented
Must be able to work effectively under pressure
Ability to operate a computer and basic office equipment and demonstrate ability to learn new computer programs and have high technical aptitude.
Ability to take meeting notes and action items in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google, and other productivity enhanced applications
Demonstrates a helpful, positive, and collaborative attitude
Must be flexible and capable of multi-tasking
Must take initiative and be a self-starter
