Accurately code and analyze clinical data in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure the integrity and quality of clinical data by conducting thorough reviews and checks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in coded data. Stay up-to-date with changes in coding guidelines and regulations to ensure compliance. Utilize coding software and tools to accurately assign codes and maintain coding databases. Work closely with healthcare providers to obtain necessary information for coding purposes. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with care. Identify and report any coding or data trends or patterns to support decision-making and process improvement. Participate in training and development activities to enhance coding skills and knowledge.
