Manage and oversee data collection, entry, and cleaning processes for clinical studies Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of data Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data management plans and protocols Participate in study meetings and provide updates on data management activities Communicate effectively with study sites and vendors regarding data queries and discrepancies Develop and maintain study-specific data documentation and standard operating procedures Proactively identify and resolve data management issues and escalate as needed Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines for data management Contribute to the development and implementation of data management training programs for team members Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data management and apply them to improve processes and practices Collaborate with clinical operations team to support study timelines and milestones Assist with data analysis and reporting as needed Maintain confidentiality and integrity of data at all times.
