Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Data Analyst I, you will be responsible for a range of critical tasks that require strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Your key responsibilities will include: Analyzing raw genetic data for patient testing results and inputting analysis parameters according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Making judgment calls on individual samples, confirming or overwriting automated calls, and uploading results to the data analysis software. Determining the necessity for re-work and identifying samples that have failed for timely repetition. Recording and following up on non-conformances identified during data review. Providing technical expertise and guidance to laboratory personnel in troubleshooting and ensuring corrective actions are taken. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Biological, Chemical, Physical, or Clinical Laboratory Science. A minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience. At least 1 year of experience in a high-complexity clinical laboratory. Excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following preferred qualifications can make you a more competitive candidate: Experience in molecular diagnostics and pharmacogenetics.
