Clinical: Clinical Quality Support Specialist - Remote (Spanish Speaking)

Registered Nurse (RN) – Remote (Part-Time) Care Finders Total Care LLC, a Modivcare Home Care Company – New Jersey Care Finders Total Care, a Modivcare Home Care company, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage a caseload of members and conduct 30-day patient satisfaction and quality assurance (QA) surveys via telephone. This role focuses on assessing members’ physical and psychosocial needs while maintaining accurate nursing documentation in our internal systems.
