Clinical analyst (contract)
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Clinical Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in the development and implementation of our healthcare applications. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our organization in delivering safe and effective healthcare solutions to our Enterprise customers.Initial Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive reviews of the outputs of our clinical applications (usually forms of medical record summaries or decision supports), assessing them for accuracy and quality of medical languageCollaborate with our Customer Operations and Healthcare Industry leaders to develop and implement quality assurance processes and proceduresGuide our technical and customer support teams in how to develop and implement applications in customer clinical workflowsEventual potential responsibilities:Monitor and track quality metrics, generating reports and presenting findings to managementProvide training and support to customer support teams on quality assurance processes and proceduresRequirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related discipline). Advanced degree preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, including chart review within healthcare or the pharmaceutical industryExcellent attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data and documentationStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsProficient in Gsuite, Slack, ZoomCertification in quality assurance (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Manager) is a plus
