Client Technical Consultant (Frontend Dev/CMS/DXP)

In this role, you'll serve as the technical bridge between our company and our clients, providing expert guidance and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs within our DXP ecosystem.This role is open to candidates on the East Coast, United States. If not on the East Coast you must be prepared to work East Coast hours. The role:You will work with a portfolio of clients, establishing and maintaining strong technical relationships with them. You will be a Squiz subject matter expert, understanding our product and its features, and helping clients leverage our capabilitiesYou proactively identify and solve client problems, becoming their trusted technical advisorProvide strategic technical direction and support for client projects, translating business requirements into technical specificationsLead developers to implement high valued client solutionsDevelop custom web solutions within our DXP environmentWork with various DXP capabilities including but not limited to Integration platformPartner closely with our Sales team and clients to ideate how to best leverage Squiz platform to enable clients to achieve their business goalsWhat does success look like?Client portfolio has well functioning implementation, minimal post deployment issuesHigh client satisfaction, providing excellent post launch support. Issues are resolved in a timely manner with minimal client disruption.Client portfolio revenue growth through increased consumption or increased adoption of Squiz platform featuresWho you are:Strong proficiency in front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript -websites, intranets, portals etc )Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, or similar)Knowledge of CMS and search technologiesAbility to connect and integrate multiple microservices and technologiesExperience working within DXP environmentsExcellent communication (written and verbal), ability to present clearly and manage clients stakeholdersAbility to translate client requirements into technical specificationsBe a self starter and hustle. Able to work and solve problems independently and as part of a small team.Ideally you’ve worked in a consulting/digital agency or even a competitor environment and if not DXP or Search, CMS as a min experience.
