Client Support Officer - Remote Work
Job Description:
Eastman Chemical is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs... are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients
- Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the client experience
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Cooperation and adaptability to work in a remote environment
- Must be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
- Confidence in handling challenging situations with professionalism
