Requirements:

Proven experience in a client support or customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and to their satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution
Provide clients with product and service information
Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service
