Client Support Analyst I

A Client Support Analyst’s objective is to deliver necessary changes to expand and improve Solarity within our clients’ electronic medical record ecosystem. Primary Responsibilities Execute tasks based on direction provided by the Client Care Manager. Collaborate with internal client champion(s) to define success criteria for implementing projects with relatively low complexity. Work in partnership with end users, project stakeholders, and/or subject matter experts to define preferred application behavior and technical specifications. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement changes in a test and production Solarity environment. Design and work with application business owner(s) to execute acceptance, full system, and regression testing. Determine necessary project tasks, estimate task level of effort, task dependencies, and start/stop dates to meet project deliverable requirements. Triage, troubleshoot, and escalate workflow or application design issues with implemented changes. Adhere to best practices and standards. Actively use Solarity product knowledge base content and subject matter experts to execute tasks. Accurately report time spent of request or project deliverables using a web based application. Comply with Solarity’s policies, procedures and guidelines. May be required to perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications 1+ year of relevant business analysis, technical analysis, software support, or other relatable Solarity experience required. Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact and lead a professional conversation with a customer. Ability to quickly learn new changes in technology and strong problem solving skills. Ability to self-organize and achieve assigned goals with limited supervision. The following helpful, but not required: SQL Server Management Studio experience. Basic understanding of maintaining application configuration files, HTML, XML, Lua programming language, HL7 interface. Associate or professional certification in related field. Familiarity with Microsoft Visio or diagramming tool. Healthcare information technology background.
