Job DescriptionGrowing Finance & Accounting Outsourcing firm that is related to a Top 150 CPA firm is looking to add to its customer success and support team in Hyderabad, India. The firm serves 100s of clients across the USA with a proven model of USA and India-based accounting service delivery teams.Role: Client Support and Success (Mostly in-office with some remote)Client onboarding & transitionTraining and education of clients on MDK processes & systemsCollaboration with internal team and external clientsProject and task managementMost of the following needed to be successful in the role:Problem solvers/outside-the-box thinkersLove talking to people & comfortable/personable on the phone / video callsKeen task manager and pushing for proactive responses to clientsHighly organized & thriving in challenging situationsLike to source feedback and act on comments from clientsNot afraid to engage in circumstances outside of comfort zoneSolving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, educating clients regarding MDK systems and processesClient satisfaction is the core of day to day activityBuild rapport, establish trust, and engage timely with clientsLike multi-task, multi-client, multi-team and remote workBuild knowledge information that helps in reduction of same client queriesManage tasks and be responsive to client queries timelyIdeal Candidate:High School or Bachelor’s degree in Arts / CommunicationMinimum 3 years of customer support and customer success experience in a service or technology industry related to finance & accountingWell versed in emailing, messaging, written communication & collaboration with clientsExperienced in working with remote teamsExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenVery good with Microsoft products – MS Word, MS Excel, Email and moreNice if you have worked in a USA + India based company(s)Nice to have: Very basic general information about US Accounting or US TaxJob Type: Full-timePay: ?300,000.00 - ?720,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceProvident Fund
