The Phoenix Insurance is an Independent Property & Casualty Insurance Agency that advises clients on complex risks. They are seeking a Client Success Representative who is detail-oriented and analytical, responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing client data accurately. Responsibilities Answers a high volume of phone calls daily Processes changes to active policies Provide 5-star customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and offering tailored solutions Enters client data into insurance quoting systems, keeping data accurate Review insurance policies and contracts meticulously to ensure compliance and accuracy Follow established workflows and contribute to process improvements Skills 0-2 years of Customer Service Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance Industry, preferably in an independent agency Active Property and Casualty license Meticulous and able to carefully review insurance policies and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with established processes Customer-focused and able to address client concerns, answer questions, and provide insight and solutions effectively Processed-oriented and able to follow established workflows while also contributing to process improvements when necessary Excellent communication skills Well-organized with good follow through to completion Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Proficient in Adobe Reader/Acrobat Able to adapt and learn new, web based, computer software programs Property & Casualty insurance: 1 year Property & Casualty License Benefits 401(k) with company match Continuing education program Dental insurance Disability & Life insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Identity theft protection Legal insurance Paid time off Paid training Parental leave Professional development assistance Referral program Telehealth and Teletherapy Vision insurance Volunteer time off Company Overview The Phoenix Insurance is an insurer service provider company that offers claims assistance, auto, life, flood, renters, and condo insurance.
