Your key responsibilities will include:
Driving cross-functional engagement to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our customers
Serving as a Customer Advocate, representing the voice of our customers across our organization
Developing and nurturing relationships with our prominent customer base, including many Fortune 500 companies
Setting our customers up for success, driving enrollment and activation, and making a meaningful impact on our gross revenue
Collaborating with our marketing, finance, and engineering teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-obsessed individual with:
2+ years of experience in implementation or customer-facing project management, preferably with a focus on strategic/enterprise-level accounts
A proven track record of driving customer success and growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders
A bias for action, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment
A strong desire to improve existing processes and build new ones, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes
