EJF is a well established & a rapidly growing real estate property management company in the District of Columbia is seeking to hire a responsible, dynamic, organized, detail oriented, and reliable Client Success Virtual Assistant to join our fun & hard working team.Job purpose :The Client Success Assistant supports the Director of Client Success by ensuring smooth operations across multiple communities, with a particular focus on monitoring at-risk properties and assisting with transitions, meetings, and success plans. This role involves close coordination with internal teams and community boards to deliver top-tier client satisfaction.Duties and responsibilities:- Monitor and Update the Watchlist Tracker.- Assist in the Creation and Execution of Client Success Plans.- Monitor Community Manager Transitions.- Attend Board Meetings and Check-Ins.- Coordinate the Execution of the 90-Day Transition Plan.- Assist in Post-Mortem Exit Analysis.- Creation of Playbooks and Resource Materials.- Follow-Up with Internal Teams.- Assist in Resolving Client Issues.- Assist in Process Improvement and Documentation.- Monitor Progress on Success Plans and Transitions.- Support in Tracking Metrics and Reporting. Contribute to Departmental Initiatives. Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Qualifications :- Property Management Experience preferred but not required- Client Relation Management- Customer Service- Interpersonal Skills- Technical proficiency- Client-Centric Approach- Data Analysis and Reporting
