The Opportunity
Unyte Health is seeking a detail-oriented, service-minded professional to join our Client Success team as a Client Success Administrator. This role plays a foundational part in delivering a positive, efficient, and supportive experience for providers using Unytes programs and tools.
As a Client Success Administrator, you will often be the first point of contact for provider inquiries and will support the broader Client Success team by resolving issues, coordinating administrative tasks, and providing operational support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, keeping systems organized, and contributing to a mission-driven organization in the health technology space.

What You Will Do
Serve as a first point of contact for provider inquiries via email, phone, and chat, while championing Unyte Healths core value of How Can I Help?Respond to inquiries in a timely, professional, and supportive manner while building rapport with providersAnalyze, troubleshoot, resolve, and appropriately escalate issues related to hardware, software, mobile apps, accounts, billing, login, orders, and shippingCollaborate with Client Success, Sales, Finance, Compliance & Operations, and other internal teams to support a seamless provider experienceMaintain and improve the client support knowledge base to support self-service and automationDevelop and generate client and usage reports for internal teams and external partnersManage administrative workflows, including delinquencies, returns, reporting, and distribution of promotional lists to partnersCoordinate with Shipping & Logistics to ensure orders are processed and shipped accurately and on timeIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and support processesAccurately document issues, actions taken, and next steps in internal systems

You Are a Great Candidate If You Have
1+ years of experience in customer service, client support, administration, or a related role (professional or transferable experience welcomed)A service-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help othersStrong written and verbal communication skills, including active listeningHigh attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, reliable workA self-driven approach with strong time-management skills — you follow through and get things doneComfort troubleshooting issues across multiple systems and toolsExperience using customer experience or workflow tools (e.g., HubSpot, Stripe, or similar platforms)Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, task management tools)Comfort using modern productivity tools, including AI-assisted tools, to support documentation, workflows, and efficiencyComfort working across technology platforms including Mac, PC, iOS, and AndroidA curious mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and build new skillsAlignment with Unyte Healths mission and values

Nice to Have
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environmentExposure to billing, invoicing, or payment systemsFamiliarity with health, wellness, or mental health spacesFluency in conversational Spanish
