CVS Business Unit: Signify Health Work Type / Logistics: Remote, US, some travel required Summary: This position drives strategic projects for client operations improvements and execution. Roles and Responsibilities: Annual client launch planning and program management Data gathering and analysis for initiatives (example: email rates for members) Gathering stakeholder feedback and creating recommendations for program improvements Creating and driving team building programs and engagement Ensure training plans for all teams, including effectiveness measures Process improvement roadmap development and monitoring Operating cadence definition and maintenance Portfolio monitoring and completeness checks against program requirements Team communication Escalation management process and complex problem solving across clients and stakeholders Launch, monitor, track new initiatives Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, operations management or related field - an equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered instead of a college degree. 4 or more years of relevant work experience Proven track record of reviewing and organizing data in Excel Experience using Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides) Ability to clearly articulate via verbal and written communication Experience managing tight timelines, deliverable schedules and a diverse set of internal stakeholders to meet expectations even without explicit control of all inputs needed Demonstrated success collaborating and influencing internal stakeholders to prioritize work and solve problems Demonstrated success presenting to senior executives using data to tell stories and influence decisions Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare / IT operations experience Requirements definition experience Self-starter and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $132,600.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
