As a Client Services Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our client-facing operations, working directly with our clients to understand and meet their needs. Key Responsibilities Client Support and Education : Assist members in understanding and accessing their benefits, ensuring they receive the support they deserve. Program Guidance : Educate clients on available programs and coverage options, tailoring your guidance to their unique circumstances. Relationship Building : Provide exceptional service and build long-term relationships with clients, founded on trust, empathy, and a deep understanding of their needs. Independent yet Collaborative Work : Work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a supportive team to achieve shared goals and objectives. What We're Looking For Essential Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
