Responsibilities: Research data regarding account and billing information to validate and confirm debts owed Handle and respond to daily client requests, inquiries, and problems via telephone, email, fax and mail. Produce reports as requested by clients by assisting in the creation of the reports. Dependent upon position, demonstrate ability and willingness to learn new computer platform/systems. Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws regulations Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with TSI policies and procedures. Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement. Make recommendations to implement improved processes. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED certificate, or equivalent of relevant work experience desired.
