Proven experience in client services or account management

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
Monitor and report on client metrics and feedback
Conduct regular client meetings to discuss progress and new opportunities
