Client Services Coordinator – Property Management Support; Remote, PST
Position: Client Services Coordinator – Property Management Support (Remote, PST Hours) Location: California Position Purpose The goal of this role is to deliver outstanding customer service to clients of Silicon Valley Construction Services (SVCS). We're looking for someone who not only ensures client satisfaction—but creates a client experience that inspires loyalty and trust. Requirements • Proficient in California Department of Real Estate (DRE) Forms • Prior experience in commercial property leasing • Comfortable working with legal teams , especially regarding eviction procedures • Must use Time Doctor or equivalent screen-recording software if hired Key Responsibilities • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (San Francisco time) • Minimum of 40 hours per week • Increase rent revenue from $3/SF to $4/SF within 6–12 months • Manage tenant move-out processes : schedule inspections, oversee cleaning, prepare termination documents • Maintain organized databases of unit photos, leases , and legal documents • Prepare deposit summaries and necessary documents for collections or evictions • Send reminders to tenants regarding outstanding rent payments Weekly Reporting Schedule • Monday: Priority updates on ongoing administrative tasks Tuesday: Late rent reminders • Wednesday: Status report on collections • Thursday: Update on evictions • Friday: Summary of missing move-out documents Compensation & Benefits • $600–$800 USD per month • $50 USD bonus for each completed eviction • 20 workdays paid leave (equivalent to one calendar month) • Personalized one-on-one paid training • Recognition on SVCS’s official website About SVCS Silicon Valley Construction Services (SVCS) has been a trusted provider of construction estimating and project management services in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2003.
