Client Service Coordinator (Part-Time, 9am–2pm CST) Are you organized, detail-oriented, and love helping people? At SMD Consulting & Accounting, LLC, a boutique CPA firm in Plano, Texas, we provide luxury-level tax consulting, advisory, and bookkeeping services to business owners, medical professionals, and real estate investors. While our consultants focus on strategy, we need someone who ensures clients feel supported every step of the way. We’re looking for a Client Service Coordinator to join our team part-time (9am–2pm). This role is all about supporting our consultants, assisting clients, and keeping communication and organization flowing. What You’ll Do • Help consultants with day-to-day client needs. • Monitor and respond to client emails with professionalism and care. • Ensure client requests are tracked and followed through. • Organize and maintain digital files and documents. • Learn each client over time so you can anticipate needs and provide a personal touch. • Proactively flag issues, follow up on open items, and keep projects moving. • Provide general administrative support to the team. • Grow into additional responsibilities if you’d like—but no pressure if you prefer to stay in this role.
