The Client Service Agent role is crucial for retaining existing clients by delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth appraisal management process through effective communication and problem-solving skills.ResponsibilitiesOffer an exceptional client experience (Lenders & Appraisers) through problem solving and client requirement knowledgeEnsure a smooth appraisal management process by monitoring appraisal requestsEffectively handle client escalations by responding in a timely manner and follow escalation procedures and chain of commandSign up new broker userSeek opportunities to introduce new ideas and improve processesSkillsExcellent communication skills - verbal and written fluency at a professional levelPost-Secondary Education requiredExperience handling Client phone calls and email inquiries and delivering an exceptional client experience to financial industry partnersBe available to work between 8:00 am – 8:00 pm (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday. Some Evenings RequiredEffectively handle client escalations by responding in a timely manner and follow escalation procedures and chain of commandSign up new broker userProficient computer skills including competency with MS Word, Excel and OutlookDemonstrates sound judgment and effective problem solving skillsRemains energized and focused in a fast-paced and evolving environmentMust have speedy and accurate typing skills, and be detail orientedSeek opportunities to introduce new ideas and improve processesIndustry experience in any of the following is an asset; business to business services, mortgage processing sector, call center/customer service environment, or professional data entry servicesIndustry knowledge is preferred but not mandatoryCompany OverviewConnexions is a software solution that helps to navigate the appraisal and risk management processes.
