Job Description

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Assist clients with account management, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
Educate clients on the bank’s products and services to help them make informed financial decisions.
Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with company policies and compliance guidelines.
Support clients in navigating online banking platforms and mobile apps.
Collaborate with the team to meet targets and improve customer satisfaction rates.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of financial products and services preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
