Client Sales Specialist Responsibilities
Manage and nurture positive relationships with clients and customers, understanding their goals and offering solutions for services available to them
Act as the primary point of contact for all customer accounts, addressing inquiries and offering support when needed
Be apart of a customer's sales process from start to finish with setting up their services
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs efficiently and resolve any concerns
Track client progress, manage key performance metrics, and provide insightful updates to clients
Collect and share client feedback to help improve products and optimize client satisfaction
Proactively identify and address any challenges in the client experience to maintain high service standards

Strong communication skills and a client-centered approach
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to addressing client needs
Previous experience in account management, client success, or customer service is a plus
