Responsibilities
? Deliver unparalleled value and excellent service to clients.

? Manage a case queue that includes service and research requests of varying complexity and urgency.

? Schedule clients with Financial Consultants for further consultation.

? Uncover additional business development opportunities through various avenues.

? Maintain a firm understanding of regulatory and compliance policies associated with brokerage business.

? Research and resolve operational inefficiencies, identifying areas for improvement.

? Utilize business partners and resources to drive scale within the business model.
,
? Collaborate with other Client Relationship Specialists to support enterprise goals.

? Handle client escalations and issues with tact and diplomacy.
Requirements
? Understanding of the financial services industry and securities industry.

? 2+ years in a client service capacity.
,
? Active and valid FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (preferred).
,
? Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize issues.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks.

? Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
