Client Relations (Sales)

In this dynamic position, you'll be the first point of contact for intended parent leads—guiding them with empathy, education, and confidence as they take the first steps in their family-building journey. This role blends purpose and performance, requiring someone who thrives in client-facing conversations and has a strong ability to convert interest into commitment. You’ll also play a key role in cultivating and maintaining strong partnerships with fertility centers and clinics nationwide.
Duties
• Serve as the primary contact for new intended parent leads, providing prompt, informative, and supportive communication
• Lead with confidence and sales acumen to convert high volumes of inquiries into committed clients
• Build trust and connection with leads through personalized consultations, strategic follow-up, and a deep understanding of FSC’s value
• Present the value, reputation, and comprehensive support that Family Source Consultants offers at every touchpoint
• Maintain accurate tracking of lead activity and conversion metrics using CRM systems and performance dashboards
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to grow our client base and improve conversion outcomes
• Build, nurture, and expand referral relationships with fertility clinics and reproductive professionals nationwide
