As we continue to grow, we're excited to expand our collaborative, customer-focused Professional Services team with the addition of a Client Insights Manager. This role will support both Sales & Customer Success, driving success through net new ACV and increased Renewal Rate of our existing customer base. Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled Client Insights Manager to join our Professional Services team. As a Client Insights Manager, you will: Present customized insights to customers both in person and virtually, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with sales, data analysts, engineers, and customer success teams to meet the needs of our professional services clients. Create tailored deliverables based on customer requirements and business goals, showcasing your expertise in Amazon Growth, Amazon Advertising, Market Intelligence, and more. Analyze data and develop executive-level presentations for live customer engagements, demonstrating your technical expertise and data mastery. Innovate new ways to address customer needs through professional services, staying ahead of the curve in Amazon and ecommerce trends. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Insight Presenter : Present customized insights to customers both in person and virtually, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Team Collaborator : Collaborate closely with sales, data analysts, engineers, and customer success teams to meet the needs of our professional services clients. Deliverable Creator : Create tailored deliverables based on customer requirements and business goals, showcasing your expertise in Amazon Growth, Amazon Advertising, Market Intelligence, and more. Data Analyst : Analyze data and develop executive-level presentations for live customer engagements, demonstrating your technical expertise and data mastery. Amazon Expert : Act as an expert in Amazon Growth, Amazon Advertising, Market Intelligence, and more, providing valuable insights and guidance to customers. Innovator : Innovate new ways to address customer needs through professional services, staying ahead of the curve in Amazon and ecommerce trends. Additional Responsibilities: Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon and ecommerce trends, best practices, and technologies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support. Contribute to the development of new services and solutions, enhancing our Professional Services offerings. Requirements Essential Qualifications: Technical Expertise : Expertise with APIs, Data Cloud, Snowflake, and related technologies. Concept Simplifier : Ability to synthesize and simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences and formats. Problem Solver : Strategic and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights. Data Master : Experience in manipulating data, generating insights, and communicating findings to an executive audience.
