This role involves serving as a strategic partner to golf course owners, developing tailored marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned golf course clientsBuild trusted advisor relationships through proactive, consistent communication and follow-upManage client expectations, timelines, and priorities with professionalism and transparencyClearly communicate marketing strategies, campaign performance, and recommendations to clientsDevelop tailored marketing strategies aligned with each client's business goals — including rounds, revenue, retention, events, and membershipsPlan monthly marketing initiatives proactively rather than operating reactivelyRecommend campaigns based on seasonality, historical performance, client data, and golf industry best practicesIdentify opportunities to improve customer engagement and lifetime value using Teesnap's tools and marketing servicesWork with our internal specialist team to plan, build, and launch campaigns using Teesnap's CRM and marketing platform across channels, including: Email marketing, Social media (Facebook and Instagram), Meta advertising, Website updates and promotions, Google Business profiles, Print materialsEnsure all campaigns are accurate, on-brand, compliant, and delivered on scheduleMonitor live campaigns and make optimizations to improve performanceCollaborate closely with internal Specialists on asset and content creationTrack campaign performance and key marketing metrics on an ongoing basisTranslate performance data into clear, client-friendly insights and actionable next stepsDemonstrate return on investment (ROI) across engagement, rounds, revenue, and eventsUse internal platforms to build and maintain campaign plans and deliverables for team trackingMaintain strong working knowledge of Teesnap's marketing services, the SaaS platformWork with the clients assigned CSR rep to educate clients on platform capabilities, marketing best practices, and new featuresPartner with Sales, Support, and Product teams to resolve issues and improve client outcomesAdvocate for clients by sharing feedback and insights with internal teams and leadershipStay current on golf industry trends and digital marketing best practicesSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience in digital marketing, content strategy, or multi-channel campaign executionHigh-caliber interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present strategies and insights to clientsDemonstrated ability to manage a book of business and take ownership of client satisfaction and retentionKnowledge of project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com)Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneouslyResults-oriented and comfortable operating in a deadline-driven environmentCollaborative and receptive to new ideas and processesWilling to contribute to team initiativesBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent professional experienceBackground in or knowledge of the golf industryLocated in or willing to work from Las Vegas, NVBenefitsHealthDental401k (match)VisionFlexible/hybrid work environmentUnlimited PTO and company holidaysOpportunities for professional growth and career advancement within the team and companyA collaborative, innovative culture that values creativity and continuous learningCompany OverviewTeesnap is a complete mobile cloud-based ERP system focused around actionable data collection for business intelligence reporting.
