As a Client Financial Services Representative, you'll hold a key role in posting and reconciling client and insurance payments. Experience in Cash Posting or Accounts Receivables is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in posting payments and reconciling accounts.
Data Entry: Proficiency in entering financial data quickly and accurately.
Customer Service: Handling inquiries and resolving issues related to accounts.
Communication Skills: Clearly communicating with team members and other departments.
Proficiency with Accounting Software: Familiarity with software like Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving discrepancies in accounts.
Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and maintaining accurate records.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience or knowledge of insurance billing/collection practices, required
Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding
Knowledge of EFTs, EOBs and basic understanding of medical and insurance terminology, required
