Client Experience Specialist

The Client Experience Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and management of various tasks such as maintenance and lease renewals.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for owners and tenants, handling inquiries and ensuring timely responsesOnboard new owners, conduct regular portfolio reviews, and manage lease renewals, amendments, and rent increasesMaintain and update the Ownerâs Portal with financial statements, maintenance updates, and service requestsOversee periodic maintenance and restoration requests, troubleshooting issues before vendor dispatch, and minimizing costsCommunicate with owners regarding suite condition, wear-and-tear, and maintenance recommendationsManage tenant move-ins, post-move-in calls, and the vacancy process, including lease assignments and notices to vacateCollaborate with on-site property management to resolve issues and ensure compliance with building rules and regulationsAnalyze market conditions and suite performance to optimize revenue and manage expensesWork closely with leasing agents to secure qualified tenants and coordinate leases and depositsTrack and report on suite inspections, maintenance needs, and warranty claims, ensuring owners are always informedAdhere to company communication SLAs, policies, and utilize company systems like Zendesk & Rent ManagerSkillsPost-secondary education in Property Management, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience in customer service, property management, or leasingStrong understanding of leasing, maintenance, and customer relationship managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse clients and teamsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detailProblem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage sensitive or high-pressure situations with professionalism and tactSelf-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing demandsStrong customer service orientation and a focus on client satisfactionProficient in using software systems such as Zendesk, RentManager, or similar property management toolsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for travel between properties)Ability to work flexible hours as required, including occasional evenings or weekends based on business needsBenefitsEligibility for an annual bonusComprehensive benefits packageCompany OverviewDel Condominium Rentals is a real estate company that offers rentals and condo property management services.
