Client Care Representative - Front Desk

Veritas Veterinary Partners is dedicated to providing exceptional veterinary care and is seeking a Client Care Representative for their Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital. The role involves welcoming clients, managing appointments, and ensuring a high standard of care and satisfaction for clients and their pets. Responsibilities Welcome our clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely Educate and advise clients regarding Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital services and practices Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients at all times Process admissions and discharges accurately; schedule follow up appointments as necessary Process invoices and payments accurately Update and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital legal requirements Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing, for example Skills Experience working within the veterinary industry; customer service background, enrollment in veterinary program, or other animal industry experience accepted as well Cultivate a positive atmosphere, demonstrate a friendly and courteous attitude with all coworkers throughout the hospital to maintain a cohesive work team Maintain excellent communication skills to ensure professionalism and effectiveness in all interactions with clients and coworkers throughout the hospital Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills Must be organized and detail oriented to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all transactions Able work in high stress situations and exercise good judgment as needed Present a neat, well-groomed appearance Additional fluency in other languages is preferred but not required Benefits Highly competitive salary based on experience Mental health support with Talkspace Continuing education support with CE allowance and PTO Reimbursement of membership and licensure fees 401k retirement plan options with company match Medical, vision, and dental insurance options - some plans may be paid up to 100% Basic life insurance provided and other voluntary insurance options available for full-time team members 6 weeks paid parental leave for full-time team members Paid time off and time to enjoy it!
