Role Overview
The Client Care Intern will support day-to-day customer service operations by assisting clients, caregivers, drivers, and dispatch teams. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in customer service, operations, and healthcare-related transportation services.
Key Responsibilities1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner2. Assist with ride booking, confirmations, and schedule updates3. Provide clients with driver ETAs, trip updates, and delay notifications4. Document client interactions, complaints, and resolutions accurately5. Escalate urgent issues to the Operations Manager when necessary6. Support post-ride follow-ups and customer feedback collection7. Maintain accurate records in internal systems and spreadsheets8. Adhere to company policies, service standards, and confidentiality requirements
Requirements & Qualifications1. Recent graduate or currently completing a degree (0–1 year experience)2. Must reside in Nigeria3. Strong verbal and written communication skills4. Customer-focused mindset with empathy and patience5. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools)6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure7. Willingness to learn operations within the NEMT industry

Previous internship or customer service experience


Familiarity with call handling or client support roles
