As a Client Advocate, you will play a vital role in supporting the service and administration of Aetna's products, developing strong relationships with customers, and executing processes that meet their needs. Your goal will be to achieve profitable growth through exceptional customer service and effective plan administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute customer product/plan administration, ensuring seamless delivery of services
Build strong relationships with customers through regular meetings, identifying gaps in service levels, and developing solutions
Respond to customer inquiries, provide claim analysis, and address benefit questions and concerns
Collaborate with the account management team to achieve growth and renewal objectives
Support plan administration activities, including installation, plan set-up, eligibility, billing, and drafting
Promote Navigator usage and implement strategies to increase adoption
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in healthcare customer service
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior health insurance industry-related experience working with complex accounts
Self-funded experience
Prior account management experience within the health insurance industry
Excellent customer service mindset, strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical skills
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
