Client Advocate - Remote Opportunity with Aetna ($27-$35/Hour)

This remote position offers a competitive salary of $27-$35 per hour and a Monday through Friday schedule (8:30 am to 5:00 pm) with flexibility to accommodate your location. Job Summary: The Client Advocate role is designed to support our health plans and employers, taking ownership of PR calls and collaborating with various departments to resolve complex claims issues. As a Client Advocate, you will utilize your expertise to lead research, provide training, and develop strong relationships with our health plans. Your contributions will help us build a stronger, more efficient organization that prioritizes customer satisfaction and employee well-being. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support, handling supplier claims issues and deescalating difficult conversations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex claims issues and drive process improvements Develop and maintain strong relationships with health plans, employers, and internal stakeholders Train others on processes, workflows, and systems, promoting knowledge sharing and expertise Prepare professional policy reports, analyzing data and providing insights to inform business decisions Requirements: 6+ years of customer support experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting Proven ability to communicate effectively in large groups, including executive management Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines Residency in Oklahoma is required Preferred Qualifications: Project management experience Process improvement expertise What We Offer: Competitive salary ($27-$35 per hour) Remote work opportunity with a flexible schedule Opportunities for professional growth and development A dynamic and supportive work environment Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to join our team as a Client Advocate.
