Client Advisor/Visual Merchandising Associate - Ala Moana

Louis Vuitton is seeking a passionate, creative, and driven Client Advisor/Visual Merchandiser to join their incredible team. In this role, you will split your time between client advisory duties and visual merchandising responsibilities, ensuring a high-quality experience for clients while maintaining effective visual displays in the store. Responsibilities Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals Learn and master Brand and product knowledge Advise clients across the Brand and all product categories Leverage clienteling tools to develop long term relationships Manage all aspects of store zoning and rotations in collaboration with the store team Ensure key products are selected and well-displayed to maximize business opportunities Lead window product changes and installations Collaborate with the store team on business events, and training the team on visual merchandising topics Skills Experience working in a retail environment with a visual merchandising focus Experience in visual execution in a fast-paced, retail (preferably luxury) environment Demonstrated experience owning and implementing visual merchandising strategies and standards Experience with special events and window installations Experience with RTW, leather goods, and accessories Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Various paid time off programs Two retirement plans both with employer contributions Employee discount/perks Company Overview Louis Vuitton is a fashion house and luxury retail company.
