This includes contributing to proposals, demonstrating products, and helping identify opportunities that add value for customers. You will work collaboratively across teams, stay informed about relevant products and the wider market, and share knowledge to support team success.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport sales conversations by providing clear, practical product and solution expertiseContribute to proposals and customer-facing documentationDeliver product demonstrations, remotely or on customer sites as requiredWork closely with sales colleagues to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutionsKeep up to date with product developments and market trendsTake ownership of tasks and projects, working independently while collaborating with othersShare knowledge and provide guidance to colleagues when helpfulWhat We’re Looking ForExperience working with legal case management or document management tools, such as Visualfiles, EveryFile, or similar systemsLegal industry experience, for example in a paralegal, business analyst, legal operations, or related roleConfident and personable, with the ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations and build rapport with clientsCurious and thoughtful, with a willingness to share ideas, suggest improvements, and constructively challenge how things are doneComfortable learning new products and concepts, with the ability to pick up commercial knowledge over timeA collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork, open discussion, and continuous learningWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
