Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a multi-channel lead generation strategy, incorporating email marketing, social media, and networking to drive new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored solutions
Promote and sell agency services, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and departments
Analyze market trends, track sales performance, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
Draft client services agreements, manage client onboarding, and ensure a smooth handover to our client services and finance teams
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements to continuously improve performance
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development, preferably in a professional services or agency environment
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of success in high-ticket sales
Working knowledge of CRM programs, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
