CLIENT ACCOUNTING SERVICES STAFF
We are currently looking for a candidate who wants to experience the personal challenge of working for a regional leader in the accounting industry. In our Client Accounting Solutions department, you will perform a variety of bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks including bank reconciliations, posting transactions, billing and accounts receivable, accounts payable, and preparing deposits. Client Accounting Services Staff also provide clients with financial information, prepare payroll and informational tax returns, analyze information and options, and more using state of the art, cloud-based technology. This position will involve substantial exposure to the oil and gas industry, significant interaction with clients, involvement in management decisions, and exposure to technical issues that will challenge your abilities.
This position requires a person who has strong communication and organizational skills, enjoys working in a team environment, and serving clients. The ideal candidate will be confident, self-directed, articulate, and goal oriented. In addition, they will enjoy challenges, and be able to both delegate and receive direction.
Qualifications
Skilled at using Microsoft Office and accounting and payroll software
Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
Demonstrates strong work ethic
Manages times effectively and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines
Pays attention to detail and approaches work in a meticulous and thorough manner
Ability to communicate and build relationships with internal clients and business partners
Project and team management
Knowledge of regulatory requirements
Experience/Education Requirement
A minimum of two years of accounting or bookkeeping related experience is required. A bachelor's degree in accounting and oil and gas industry experience is preferred.
