Client Account Manager (Accounting Manager / Advanced Accounting) 20 hours per Month - Contract to Hire

I am in search for a Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager (Client Account Manager) to help maintain our client books beyond transactional postings. This offers a flexible schedule with standard month-end deadlines around the 10th of each month. This will be managing 3-4 clients per month, very hands-on and a thorough understanding of the accounting framework is required. Tasks include:
-Transactional Posting
-Bank / Balance Sheet Reconciliations
-Update Schedules (Fixed Assets, Prepaids, Deferred Revenue, etc)
-Various Month-end tasks
-Payroll Posting / Imports
-Monthly P&L Variance Analysis
-Monthly Financial Statement Package
Requirements:
-5+ years of QuickBooks Online Experience
-5+ years working as an Accounting Manager / Sr Accountant
-Non profit experience preferred
-Balance Sheet and Financial Analysis required
-Excellent Communication, attention to detail a MUST
-Ability to check / return emails within 24 hours (weekdays)
-Ability to meet month-end deadlines
