- Prepare and execute accounts payable payments, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of data from other departments
- Accurately process check and ACH payments
- Answer and address telephone calls and coordinate other communications
- Review batches prepared by others for errors and corrections
- Make corrections and maintain accurate filing systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of computers and 10-key touch calculator
- Must be detail-oriented with a strong understanding of accounts payables
- Ability to lift approximately 20 lbs. or more as required by job functions
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures, including passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in accounts payables
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Strong skills in managing tight time constraints in a high-volume environment
- Excellent comprehension and concentration skills for interpreting written information and documents
